We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business development Lead (PH) to drive growth and expand our retail footprint across Port Harcourt.
This role involves identifying and onboarding new retail outlets, maintaining strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring product availability, and executing in-store promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
โข Identify, engage, and onboard new retail outlets within the assigned territory.
โข Build and nurture strong relationships with existing outlet partners to encourage
loyalty and repeat business.
โข Ensure timely supply, replenishment, and visibility of products at all points of sale.
โข Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and market coverage objectives.
โข Conduct regular field visits to monitor outlet performance, address issues, and deliver
training on product knowledge and merchandising standards.
โข Track inventory levels, analyze competitor activity, and gather customer feedback to
inform sales and marketing strategies.
โข Implement trade activations, in-store promotions, and brand display initiatives in
alignment with marketing directives.
โข Accurately complete and submit daily and weekly field reports using designated
reporting tools.

โข B.Sc. in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
โข Minimum of 4 yearsโ experience in field sales or retail distributionโexperience in the
FMCG or beauty industry is a strong advantage.
โข Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
โข Deep knowledge of the Port Harcourt retail landscape and familiarity with existing
distributor and beauty retail networks.
โข Self-starter with a strong drive to achieve targets and work independently.
โข Proficiency in using mobile CRM tools or sales reporting apps is an added advantage.
